Inside Sales Representative

The frontline for the field sales team, making successful connections with qualified prospects.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. You will contribute by making successful connections every day by being personable but persuasive with the ability to communicate convincingly over the phone. In this role you will be the frontline for the field sales team by actively prospecting, cold calling into defined segments, following up on incoming leads, updating CRM, and providing value leads/opportunities to the field sales team. You will manage all leads generated by Marketing in a defined process (research, develop, nurture and qualify) and turn qualified leads into sales opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for qualifying, selling and closing small accounts.

You will employ a structured and consultative sales methodology in the task of educating customers on the significant benefits associated with Telmetrics platform and feature-set.

You will diligently manage a pipeline of new business and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

Demonstrate a high level of competence in presenting Telmetrics solution set using available materials (demo, video, slides) via web conference tools.

Coordinate follow up contact, calls, and identify client touch points.

Research, develop and further qualify sales leads to turn them into qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Directors.

Lead targeted outbound lead generation programs including calling prospects using Telmetrics’ in-house list of contacts, as well as identify new prospects from websites, social media and other sources.

Create and manage profiles of prospects in CRM (Salesforce); ensure all client leads and prospects are entered, validated, followed up on, analyzed/reported to ensure all flows, triggers, lists and relationships are being maintained.

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities to improve the offering and positioning of the service for prospects.

Required Qualifications

University or College degree in Business or related field

2-4 years B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS/Technology related, experience in Digital Advertising and/or Ad Tech background, Prior experience working with Hubspot or other CRM

Internet-savvy, with interest in and a good understanding of computer software and new technologies. Solution and ROI selling experience

Experience with sales prospecting tools (e.g. Data.com, Insideview, Discover.org) and LinkedIn for Sales

Formal training in lead generation, prospecting best practices and objection handling

Strong consultative / solution selling sales skills combined with proven negotiation skills and capable of overcoming objections

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to confidently explain technical and business concepts via phone and e-mail

A "need to win" attitude and the ability to persevere to see the process through to completion.

Time management - superior planning, organization and prioritization skills.

Experience selling and presenting to all levels of management and decision-makers

Must enjoy working in a dynamic team environment and maintain constant communication with peers and management

Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy, drive to succeed and a desire to learn and treat work as own business
